Liquid Freezer III pump whine/hum

I have a LFIII240 which makes this awful whine at like 60%+

Does every fcking LFIII make this noise? Is it a defect in some units? Was originally considering getting a 360 version when I get a new case but not really interested now.

Are you just expected to run it at 55% or less? How much worse is the cooling at that speed?
