Back in the game

I picked up this sugar weasel today. I’m not unfamiliar with guns but I have been out of the loop for quite a few years so any inputs on quality parts would be greatly appreciated. I’m looking for a practical optic and a grip to start off with. Only requirement for me is I would like them to match.
