Need advice

So, I'm doing my first AR build with the help of this local shop and I'm trying to do this right. I'm basically trying to get about 95% of the function of a really high end Daniel Defense or Geissle rifle for about half the price.

After sending the parts list, I replied with my edits (with some helpful suggestions from the Reddit community) and this is what he replied with.

I don't know much about Rearden and he made a big deal about the BCG... not too sure about the benefits of MPI/HPT or CMMG.
