Appraiser did not include garage in the appraisal

In the process of refinancing currently and the appraisal came in a little bit lower than expected. After reading the report, I seen that the appraiser listed the garage as a shed and noted “AREA TO RIGHT OF DWELLING IS LISTED AS GARAGE IN COUNTY RECORDS HOWEVER IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH FOR CONVENTIONAL AUTO (LISTED AS SHED)”

The garage is 11x22 with a 8ft door, not huge but definitely a single car garage. We are only about 7k lower than the appraisal we needed. Do I have a valid argument here?
