Any difference in HDMI 2.0 vs 2.1?

I’ve been using an HDMI 2.0 for my Apple TV 4K 3rd gen and noticed YouTubetv and some other apps looked slightly worse on my atv then my lg c3 native apps. So I bought the Apple endorsed belkin hdmi 2.1 with the higher bandwidth and unfortunately can’t tell a difference in picture quality. Would there be any reason to keep this one or return and keep using the 2.0?
