What does “Early Afternoon” mean to you? My fiancé insists it can mean before noon times such as 11am to some people?

Edit: so far at least 6 people think there is enough flexibility in “early afternoon” to allow interpretation for it to mean before noon times. 😧

Edit 2: there are now too many people to count who believe “early afternoon” can actually mean before noon times. 🤯 I don’t mean any offense to people who interpret it that way, I’m just very surprised and appreciate people openly sharing.

I showed my fiancé that most of the replies do indeed hold firm that “early afternoon” cannot start before 12, but the end time is negotiable. It can’t be denied though, that clearly some people DO think it can mean before 12, and that was her initial argument, so I had to concede that she was right. “Early afternoon can mean before 12 for some people” is a true statement.
