Why can't i find the pearl farm to construct?

Am i f*cking blind or something?

To answer some questions, yes, i have fertility(pearl abundance). Yes, i have unlocked the need for jewelry. Not entirely sure, but im looking through the entire build menu and i can't seem to find it in the new world. I see it under Jewelry in the old world, but obviously when i switch to new, i no longer have that option.

What am i missing?
