Kids tablet to play Roblox and Minecraft?

I need recommendations please on a good replacement tablet for my son please. Right now he has a kids Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet and he's had it for a couple of years and it's slow and freezes a lot. He mainly uses his tablet for Roblox, Minecraft and Youtube. I'm hoping for something that's less than $130.
