Why are 5.45 rifles so hard to sell?

Ive been trying to sell this for months. I have two of these rifles and i love them but selling one to fund another project. How much is a fair asking price for An all numbers matching, SAR-2. It was imported in 2000 i believe. I’ve been trying to include 1000 rounds with it. Any input would be appreciated
