AC Wallet Travel Credit
On 1/14 I get an email that my travel credit on my AC Wallet has expired ($1,052).
I was supposed to book another trip, but was delayed for several personal reasons and I ultimately forgot about the credit until it was too late.
Support has been awful so far. This feels extremely predatory and the entire policy banks on people forgetting or being unable to book.
Funny how they can email us on the daily about promotions, but can’t seem to send a warning about expiring credit…
Has anyone ever had their credit extended?
