Should I tell the wife? Ugh

Problem/Goal: I've found this random dude from a dating app.

Context: We've talked for a while and decided to connect on instagram (since he said na wala syang facebook kasi he's moving on from his ex girlfriend for 5 years na). He's in another country and he told me he was alone, lonely and sexually frustrated.

I never thought any of it, until he ghosted me for 2 days. Then lang ako nagka urge to dig deeper, and I found out na he was married na 2 years ago, and he's with his wife doon.

Previous attempts: I kinda regret telling the guy that I caught him 'coz now he blocked me/ deleted his ig? But I still have screenshots of his profile on the date app.

So, should I tell his wife? Or should i just mind my own business?

UPDATE:

I created a dummy account and messaged the wife to tell her, with screenshots of his date app, ig account and our last message.

She replied and said na she'll talk to him about this, and thanked me for telling her. And she blocked the account that I used.

Medyo quota na ko sa mga blocking na nangyayari huhu. Haha. I know it's hard for her, but she deserves the truth. But anyway, thank you everyone.
