What are your ADHD life hacks?
Just really intrigued to know what people have put in place for themselves to make them ‘human’ well? I.E systems, processes, rules, routines etc that you have managed to make a habit and makes life a bit easier?
Mine is pathetic and small but I have an Apple Watch which I use solely to find my phone which I leave in very random places like the fridge, the garage, the shoe cupboard. I also have a bleepy thing on my keys and purse which I can activate on my phone to help me find them.
