CASTING NETWORKS STORAGE PROBLEM

I am disappointed with the way Casting Networks is charging for extra storage. I missed a huge auditioning because I didn’t realize I was out of storage and couldn’t figure out how to restore enough storage without having to pay. It wouldn’t let me archive videos until the 28th of this month for some reason, therefore I missed out on being able to send in my audition and I am mad! Anyone else have this problem with CN? It seems like I won’t be able to audition for anything anymore until I am able to archive or pay for more storage?!?
