Suggestions needed
I’ve been on Zepbound since the end of April last year and I’ve lost about 80 pounds and I’m still losing. The issue I’m having is my cholesterol is still really high, and I am struggling to find ways to increase my protein intake without having to eat things that are also high in cholesterol like lots of meats. Any suggestions or recommendations on protein heavy food items that aren’t just shakes and protein bars would be fantastic.
