Feel like I got hit by a truck? Not fatigue

I took my first shot of Zepbound yesterday (I can’t remember what dose but I know it’s low). Most of the day I was totally fine and I was pleasantly surprised that the shot didn’t hurt at all!

Once the evening came around I started to feel a little nauseous, no surprise there. However, about 30 minutes after the nausea I started I felt soreness in my skin/muscles around my ribs. That pain expanded to my breasts, stomach, then neck, and finally my arms. It’s the next morning now and I am still in a lot of pain, which is worse if I touch any part of my body. It feels like someone took a baseball bat and beat the living daylights out of me!!

I don’t feel any fatigue or any other negative side effects, I just feel like I am one giant walking bruise. Has anyone had this before??

I looked in the previous posts and didn’t see anything. I’m wondering if I need to contact my doctor.
