To move or not to move
I like my NP, but she's been zero help with deciding whether or not to move up. I've run all this by her and all she says is "it's up to you."
I started 7/22 at 316. I did one month on 2.5 and have been on 5 ever since, with two more shots in this box after today. For the most part I've lost at a 2-2.5lb/week rate, BUT I've fluctuated from 272-277 for the last month. By the math I'm still at an average loss of 1.5lb/week.
I have no side effects, can poop normally, and don't notice food noise returning. I'm appropriately hungry. I'm trying to focus on protein and water, and am now going to the gym 4x a week, two days with a trainer and two on my own. So I'm doing all the things.
In the past 270 was always where I landed when I tried to lose and would get frustrated.
The Zep seems to be doing everything it's supposed to. So is this just a stall that I wait out and stay at this does? Or is it time to go up? Insurance will only cover 1 month at the .5 doses, so it would mean jumping to 10 the next month.
