Rogue/Tier 1-2 decks for fun

Me and a couple friends are starting this fun challenge where every 3 months we will build a rogue / tier 1.5-2 deck, I’m trying to put together a list to maintain of ones to pick from that we can add to / remove. I am starting with goblin bikers and another friend is starting with plunder patrol to give you a rough idea, obviously these are actually somewhat good decks so this is at the higher end if anyone has any ideas for the list? Obviously cheaper the better lol

Edit: sorry using MD wording here in my head top tier is tier 0 where maliss and ryzeal is, I’m talking more like decks that would see a top once in a blue moon and just below that level additionally we aren’t building these to be competitive just more for fun
