Should I buy now or wait??

Unfortunately I couldn’t buy the dip since I didn’t have enough money. :( Should I buy now or is it expected to dip a lot more soon?? Sorry this is a dumb question.. I’m just super new to crypto and I’m wondering what you guys would do 😅
