They added TDM … and it’s awful

I played all day yesterday trying to somehow enjoy this . In other fps games this is a decent mode . Not my favorite but still I wanted to see if it would feel nice to have a mode that wasn’t super objective focused . However and honestly it’s my fault but I was hoping it would be decent in pace . Almost every match takes so long the time almost runs out . Which is insane . I get people want to have a positive K/D because that’s the “objective” but sitting in a corner in a random building crouched and waiting for someone to come to you is insanity .

Most of the time even if I swapped to intel to sweep for more enemies it was so slow hunting these people . I had maybe 2 matches where they flowed well because the enemy team also had 2-3 players who try to move instead of “camping”

I don’t mean holding a strong position to apply pressure or to force enemies to adjust their pathing or whatever . I mean literally in a corner in a room maybe 3 people walk through the entire match .

TDM will need to add some sort of self reveal if you stand still for 10 seconds or more . A map ping or something .

People learn at different paces but the best way to improve is by getting into gun fights . Sitting in a corner seeing 7 people a match isn’t helping you improve in the slightest .
