Why is RobinHRobin chopping limits on the X1 card?
Anyone know the possible reasoning behind all the credit limit reductions from RobinHRobin on the X1 card?
- they are planning to discontinue the card?
- They are planning to cut/reduce the cash back rules?
- They are minimizing their portfolio risk tolerance (though this seems weird when they are axing limits on people with excellent history/usage/credit)
- Anyone with insight on if they might try to push X1 card users into their ever-delayed-to-actually-be-released Gold Card..
I've already considering closing this as the support is gone way down after RH took it over. No phone support whatsoever... Only email/chat.. not even a phone number listed in the card. While no foreign transaction fee... if you ever had an issue while traveling, you would have Noone to actually call 📞.. Also their consumer protections seem lackluster, very dltedious if you ever need to dispute(chargeback) a transaction..
