Was Penta’s WWE debut the best luchadore debut since Rey?

There have just been so many botched and underwhelming debuts over the last 20 years looking for that guy that Rey could pass the torch too. Then Penta comes in and WWE realizes they don’t need to look for the next Rey because they have the first Penta.
