Did WG nerf EE-T1 P2 Osorio?

I can't find anything to read about it, but alot of people are telling me that the tank got nerfed with the new update? Is it nerfed? And what did they nerf?

When i play the tank it seems that everything from pennetration, damage and armor got nerfed? But maybe it's just a placebo effect 🤔
