Whats the best "batman" workout routine?

Made research about batmans training routine in the comics and one about Christian Bale's workout routine while in the making of the batman movies. Was wondering which would be more realistic/effective on real life to get his body, this might seem kinda obvious that the comics one wouldnt be realistic but who knows?
