This is annoying about website speed

I have a problem. I am using LiteSpeed, and I optimized everything on the plugin. I navigate through the website, and every single page and post loads smoothly, but when I test website speed on PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse, it gives me a performance score under 75. Would you be able to help me with this?
