Stop overengineering WordPress sites

It's just a blog, for f** sake. You don't need decoupled setups, overcomplicated deployment pipelines, your own custom caching layers, bloated build processes, etc. Just use the damn tools out of the box, make the most of them, and quit cramming in every unnecessary feature like you're engineering Elon Musk's Mars rocket. Keep it simple and get the job done. It's all going down the shitter eventually—get a life.

Edit: Obviously, WordPress can do more than just blogs—I said it for effect.
