Mental health help

Hi Winnipeg. I need help. I’m not in a crisis, or anything serious, but I am not okay. The idea of getting help is completely overwhelming. I do not know where to start… I’m hoping someone can tell me a website or a phone number to start this conversation. I have no family doctor (mine retired) but I do have insurance. I tired to Google the steps and didn’t get anywhere.
