Windows 11 works like garbage after switching from linux

I have an RTX 4070 SUPER and i5-10. I have recently switched from linux to windows and system works like crap. It loads in like 5 minutes, games don't work that well, and everything is slower. I had rx580 with 8gb of vram and when i had windows everything worked fine, but now it runs like garbage. And yes, i've checked if i pluged hdmi into motherboard, no, it's pluged into gpu. Also I have another windows installed on my pc. Long story short, i had windows 10, I have switched to linux, and then from linux to windows 11. When i'm booting up my pc there's option menu, in which i can choose to boot to windows 10, or 11. Any help?
