What to do about inaccessible boot device ?

I was able to boot up on tails and I was going to try clean installing windows 11 but it says I’m not the administrator despite I being my computer. I tried to reset factory though trouble shooting but none of the options are reset Ethier. Is there a command prompt I can try or other method to be able to access my computer I haven’t thought of ? I have a ASUS Tuf dash f15
