Windows couldn't load properly

I have a laptop with windows 11 installed in it.Everything used to work fine without any problems but recently I get the "Windows couldn't load properly" error almost every time I turn on my laptop and after pressing restore some of my software stop working and I have to reinstall them while some just disappear I lost a lot of my data so I thought it must be those files causing the problem so I neither reinstalled the apps not backed up the files that I lost but the error is still there what can I do to fix this
