For reals though - it seems like a lot of people dislike the character. From most of the comments I’ve seen it almost seems like that dislike is solely based on her relationship with Will. Personally I do not put a lot of stock in romantic relationships on TV shows. They are always changing partners. So I just wanted to say I’ve found Angie to be a refreshing female character in prime time. She is not a Mary Sue. She is a complex damaged woman. I’m invested in her story. I’m rooting for her to overcome her demons. And honestly one of the highlights of S3E1 was seeing her and Ormwood running amok in the golf cart - and then her telling him how remembering Crystal was too important to fall off the wagon and back into drugs. It was a nice reminder of all the reasons I’ve enjoyed watching her story unfold.

Addendum: I have never read the books and am speaking solely about TV Angie. The comments I referenced above appear to only be talking about the TV version as well.
