Info about Artwork [outside of opening credits]?

Does anyone know anything about the vintage drawings/photos they flash throughout the show? I’ve seen a lot of discussions about the intro scenes/credit and I know the artist there but more interested in all the other art they show, specifically when they talk about memories/old stories/myths etc.
