Looking for art piece or poster

Hello everyone. I've been looking for this poster for more than 20 years and never found anything about it.

I saw it when I was very young in an abandonned "movie room" in a campsite in France, during the 2000s.

The poster is a drawing or painting and represents a little girl, her back turned from us, in a dark room, facing the door in front of her. The door is slightly ajar and there's light coming through. I don't remember if she's actually opening the door or just standing there. It had a very eery vibes. In my mind I see the girl on the left side and the door on the right side of the poster/artwork.

I think the girl was in pijamas and holding a teddy bear but it might be my memory being wrong. This poster traumatised me and summed up all my fears and I've been looking for it for so long.

I'm not sure if it was a piece of art or a child abuse campaign poster? I would immensely appreciate any help and whoever finds it will have my eternal gratitude.
