Pet medallions gone?

So I know that Ganz rotates the available virtual pets in the eStore, like the cotton candy rabbit was available but now it's been rotated out. I know it will eventually come back, but will the pet medallions I've earned for it also come back? I had a good amount and I don't want to start my progress back over once it gets rotated back in. :(
