Wawa on the Decline

This company continues to make more and more changes to the products offered in an attempt to save more and more while wholly sacrificing quality. The roasted chicken offered is loaded in seed oils and cheap, gmo ingredients and I'm almost certain the pizza crust isn't 100% food.

Every day it seems like its only getting worse and after such growth, Wawa is now forced to hire terrible outside hires that can't get acclimated, but lets not forget that the external training program for management is total ass and relies on a burnt out GM usually not even qualified to train essentially using you as an extra shift supervisor until you are shipped out

Then you have young AMs who lack vision, experience and know nothing outside of wawa and the insulated environment created for them to rise the ranks with no real adversity or challenges.

Now there's unqualified GMs from outside, AMs who aren't ready to do much and lack people skills for their position.

The south Florida region is a joke and will continue to go to the shitter and now with the regional VP/Director, retiring, they bring another NJ moron who knows nothing about Florida to run the show.

The incompetence with Wawa South Florida is unbelieveable, how these retards made it this far, is beyond me. One AM is married to sexual predator, the other AM is a Chad that is nothing more than a robot and the one decent AM they have is overlooked for Director when likely would have been best choice.

Fuck Region 11, Fuck Wawa. Can't wait to bounce soon and move onto greener pastures
