Ancient Mythic Gear where?

I've put hundreds of Auto Fights in GR1 - 18 and I haven't seen a single Ancient gear piece. What the hell are those chances? Is there any way to increase the chances? How the hell am I supposed to equip all of my heroes with decent gear?
