Which other heroes perform well in guild boss outside of the meta heroes?

Been playing this game since it's global launch and I can't 50K Nightmare 4 Guild boss because I don't have, Lust, Hex, Steam, Arrogance and my Silas doesn't do well because I have yet to pull His lover (can't remember her name).

I'm currently doing 36k blood without doing any strategy.
