Tilean army

So I have an early 2000s imperial army (what is it, 6th?) half (poorly) painted from when I was a kid. I'd like to repaint it and turn it into a Tilean city army (not dogs of war but fantasy italian renaissance). Is there any info on the colour schemes of the Tilean cities? Any mini gallery to use as a model? Any advice on how to modify the units? Thanks
