I have a challenge!!(again)

OK, i made a similar post like 15mins ago which was a disastrous idea from me apparently

so, posting a more chill and safe version of the challenge:

every hour you are playing, finish one glass of water.

if you don't finish a glass within every hour of playing, you will lose something important in the game.

For example, if you are playing mine craft, you'll lose some diamonds and netherite or may get your base burned down

And, in warframe, every hour you don't drink water, you'll have to do one of the following

1. sell a random mod
2. some random blueprint
3. or no farming argon or tellurium for a day

if someone got a different punishment in mind or something else to change, pls tell
