i don't think an apology this late in the game is worth anything, she's had the same horrible attitude the entire time with so many apologise thrown in along the way.

you do not get this far in life without realising your behaviour is wrong and if you're a person with any empathy, the guilt from that eating away at you completely...

tbh, even if she stopped immediately and completely, its not good enough for me. she deserves to be aired for all of the horrible shit.
