oahu itinerary advice

hi! I'm going to oahu from Aug 21-26, and i'm having a hard time figuring out which beaches to go to. here's what i have so far:

Malaekahana State Park, Keiki Beach, Turtle Bay Beach, Kawela Bay Beach, Sunset Beach Park, Pua’ena Point, Mokuleia Beach, Polo Beach, Kahana Bay, Lanikai Beach, Kailua Beach, Waimanalo Beach, Haunauma Bay, Bellows Beach, Sherwood Beach, Mākua & Keawaʻula Beach, Makapuu Beach, Waimea Bay

out of all these, kahana bay beach looks to definitely be what i'd like the most as I like how it looks more secluded and smaller like there is not a big gap between the beach and the trees so only short distance of sand in between if you get what i mean, i just feel like it makes it look more tropical and intimate. what do you guys think of all these? i'm confused because lanikai seems to be the most recommended but it doesn't look nearly as nice to me as kahana bay beach, pu'ana point, polo, mokuleia etc, but i'm not sure if i'm missing something. what are your guys recommendations from these beaches or if you have other beaches i didn't list that are better.

I also heard to go snorkelling at sharks cove and makupuu beach/tide pools, would you guys agree? also any recommendations for nice places to kayak or zipline? and do you guys think it's worth going to a luau?

lastly, these are the hikes i have written down so far: Crouching Lion, maunawili falls, Likeke falls, Waimea falls, and Manoa falls. would you guys not recommend any of these or is there anything you'd recommend? I'm personally not really interested in doing pillbox hike, koko crater, diamond head etc as I'm not interested in doing any hikes that include kind of overlooking building or houses or anything man made, so i was looking for cool waterfalls, lots of lush/overgrown greenery, jungle, real real nature etc. I also just like being in there if you get what I mean. sorry for all the questions, appreciate the help!

(also lastly if there's any places you think i must/should eat at, the coolest gift shops to go too as I love trinkets and cool unique merch!) this is what i have so far written down for food:
