Seiko 5 - 80's

Hey guys. Found this one and I'm thinking about buying it. It's priced around 60 USD (in direct conversion). I'm from Brazil and these Seikos are pretty expensive here, even second handed.

Do you guys think that's worth it?

I've seen that the glass looks very beaten up, but the dial looks fine.
