Handed down Hamilton

My father recently gifted me this old Hamilton. He knows little of the watch other than it belonged to my great grandfather. It doesn’t work but as it’s been in my family for so long, it has sentimental value to me. So I’m interested in learning what I can about it to pass that information along to my father/family. Can anyone help me identify the model/year? Is it something I could have serviced and get running again? Any info is greatly appreciated!
