Helios 44-2¿

So I found someone in a different city selling this Helios lens, on first glance something seemed off to me, like it looked too... Clean?? Im not sure if this is a 'fake' or a rehoused lens or something else. This video he sent is the only thing I have to go off, can't test it in person.

Please advise if this is the same thing as any other 44-2's or should I avoid it.

P.s - I'm mostly getting this for the good good swirlies but I already do own a pancolar 50 f1.8. Should I go for this or am I just wasting money?
