Ho Chi Minh mausoleum visit, what to expect?

Hi all,

It's our last day in Hanoi, so we best top it off with a visit to the mausoleum.

We have to be back at our hotel by 11 to check out and get ready for our flight back home

What can we expect in terms of waiting time? I'm seeing reports of "15 000 visitors a week", so how long should we expect the line to be?

If we have to be back at 11, what time should we be heading out, to make sure we get back in time?
