HLR Decision Phase?
I requested a HLR on February 8th. I received a conference call on February 14th. A duty to assist and an error was being corrected for migraines. I received a VERA call this afternoon and was told that no more C & P exams are being requested and it's in the decision phase. Has anyone been in this situation, timeline? VERA said it shouldn't take very long and that it has been in the decision phase since February 27, 2024. I also don't understand the VBA math. I am only at 10% and they said I will be awarded 20%, of 30% or 50% for my migraines?
