Stuck around 70 fps

Been stuck around 70-80 fps when it comes to big titles such as Boneworks. I have a 3060ti and a Ryzen 7 3700x. Is it because of the higher resolution from the Index? When I first got the Index I set it to 144hz. Wondering if there is anything I can do to bring up the frames other than lowering the settings on each game.
