Game Stuck in Loading Screen

So I downloaded Valorant for the first time yesterday at 4 PM, and it worked smoothly and I could complete the tutorial (my laptop is i3 11Gen wth 8GB Ram and meets min reqs).... after that, the next time I tried to play was 9 PM, and for some reason it was stuck on the loading screen (RIOT GAMES, with Vyse standing on the side)... after 20 min, I tried restarting my pc, gave Val and vangaurd access through firewalls, tried running in compatibility mode (windows 8), tried running as administrator and disabling fullscreen optimization, tried using windowed mode and more, but it never gets past the launch loading screen... all I did inbetween the first launch (successful) and later launches, was uninstall a few unrelated programs (Turbo C++, Minecraft) and open a few pdf docs already installed on my laptop... this stuff shouldn't have caused any problems, so what changed between the first launch and second? I thought it might be Vanguard acting up due to the uninstallations, so I uninstalled Vanguard and Valo and installed them again, but it didn't change anything... now I see that I didn't remove all Vanguard and Valo files before and only installed the programs, so maybe the reinstall wasn't an actual reinstall? Should I try uninstalling again and deleting ALL the folders manually afterward and then installing? Please help, urgently. Thanks in advance.

Yes my game is installed in SSD and not HDD, btw
