Is anyone else seeing huge rank differences in games

For me I've been seeing massive differences in rank in many of my games. Competitive is usually pretty similar, but spike rush and swiftplay is a different story.

I am but a Silver, however, Ive seen Diamond, Ascendant, and even an Immortal either on my team or the enemy (althought it feels like the enemy gets them more often lol).

It seems to happen almost every other game, and I'm pretty tired of getting headshot instantaneously by one person over and over.

TLDR: Getting games with 1 or two high elo players, even though I am low elo. Anyone else?
