Jaguar or BMW

Hi guys. I would like to get your advice. I'm in the market for a new car and I am really attracted to these two options: 2012 Jaguar XF 3.0D S premium luxury with 94000KM on the clock and 2014 BMW 320i M sport with 81000km on the clock. I will be going to have a look at them soon and have a PPI check on them. I have the funds to yearly maintain whichever choice I go for. So provided that their service history has no major red flags which car would be best to have for the next five years looking at their mileages?
