My toes still feel completely jacked a week after my 1st ultra

The big toe nails are probably screwed.

But they are still on.

So not really sure what to do at this point. Will just wait I guess.

The toes them self are still aching and basically numb. When I push them they turn colour and quickly turn back.

Anyone else experienced this?

I want to start running again but afraid the friction may rip my toenails off
